- If you’re a business owner, your business must be located in Denton County, Texas
- If you wish to share an interesting story you believe our audience would be interested in hearing, you must live in Denton County, Texas
- All show appearances must fit our commitment to highlighting good people doing great things in Denton.
- Profanity and expressing your opinion about a person, place, or thing are ok, however no inappropriate, sexist, or racist comments are allowed. Anything of these natures, whether described or not, are subject to all review, including submissions that fall within these guidelines
- What’s Good in Denton reserves the right to edit any show or choose not to post/air it at all if we feel is not in line with our community and our readers, or violated the above statement.
- This is NOT a paid appearance nor is there any compensation for travel
- Bottom line, we reserve the right to choose who to interview and what is allowed to be said or expressed on our show and/or in our website & social media content.
- Just be a good human!

Above all and else we reserve the right to decline to publish any article or video we feel that goes against our guidelines or is not in tone with our audience.

Mentioning Your Company, Products, or Services
We require a brief description of you and your company to promote on our website, social media channels, and any other place we decide to promote our show.
You will be provided resources and promotional material to assist in promoting your show appearance however you see fit so long as it does not disrespect, degrade, or otherwise bring discredit upon What’s Good in Denton, Mike Friend, Jeff Parkerson, Josh Jackson, or any other staff member associated with the show.
You may talk about your business, products, or services when appropriate so long as it’s not over-promoting or self-promoting unless otherwise given expressed consent. Otherwise it is considered an advertising option, in which case you can click the link in the above paragraph.
What Should You Talk About on the Show?
Anything you want that fits the theme of our show. We will ask questions to encourage discussion and participation. Feel free to openly answer or talk about the topic of the question and/or topic of the show. If you are unsure, ask. But we will cover that before the show.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get in front of our audience and future viewers, something to keep in mind.
