Guidelines
- Your articles must provide value
- Information must be up to date, accurate, and informational to our readers
- Articles must be entertaining, thought provoking, or educational
- Easy to read
- Minimum 800 words
- Mild profanity is OK, however no inappropriate, sexist, racist, belittling, or otherwise degrading of other people, places, or things are allowed. Anything of these natures, whether described or not, are subject to all review, including submissions that fall within these guidelines
- What’s Good in Denton reserves the right to send back any article that we feel is not in line with our community and our readers, or is overly self-promoting.

Mentioning Your Company or Blog
We prefer that you use the author bio of your profile to mention any personal events, works, or articles you are working on. With that being said, you can link back to your own sites if the link is providing context to the information within the article. However, we reserve the right to remove any SEO link juice by converting it into a “no follow” link.
Bottom line: just be respectful as a fellow writer and business owner and all will be good!
